Information You Submit
A name, location, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. Messages sent by email or a contact form are retained as needed to respond. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless law requires it.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard logs and analytics may record an IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring page, and timestamps. Cookies help measure use and support site functions. Browser controls can block cookies, though parts of the site may then work differently.
How Data Is Used
Data may be used to operate and improve the site, route a search to the selected partner, understand which pages help visitors, diagnose faults, protect service integrity, respond to messages, and display advertising that may reflect interests.
Outside Websites and Advertising
Links lead to sheriff, court, corrections, release-record, government, and third-party search services. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy terms control. Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across sites and provide targeted ads. We do not control those systems.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be handled by search partners processing a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, and service vendors supporting the site. It may also be disclosed to law enforcement or another government body when a valid legal order requires it.
